About Noah Blocker-Glynn

Noah Blocker-Glynn is a certified, trauma-informed Life and Spiritual Coaching Practitioner whose life and career reflect one core purpose: helping people discover their strength, potential, and true path.

For more than 20 years, Noah has been a leader, coach, and mentor across higher education, the nonprofit sector, the arts, and public service. His journey has been anything but ordinary—beginning as a firefighter, paramedic, and law enforcement officer, then moving into roles as Associate Dean of The Hartt School, Chief of Staff for an international leadership and business development firm, Executive Director of Vermont Stage, and Artistic Director of the Greater New Haven Community Chorus. Today, he leads Mitchell College’s STAIRs Program, guiding neurodivergent young adults toward independence and life and career readiness.

Noah’s unique blend of experiences—uniting discipline, creativity, strategy, and heart—makes him a sought-after coach for those ready to take ownership of their lives. He has raised millions in philanthropic support, inspired hundreds of performers and students, and led teams through transformation with vision and care.

As the founder of One Whole Life Coaching (OWL), Noah brings all of this expertise together in a practice that empowers clients to live with clarity, resilience, and intention. He believes every individual has the capacity to rewrite their story, embrace growth, and design a life that reflects their higher self.

Explore. Act. Live.

Noah lives in Mystic, Connecticut with his husband, Matthew and two daughters. A native Vermonter (sixth generation), Noah is a hardworking, kind soul, who loves nature, gardening (making things grow) and anything creative or adventurous. Noah also enjoys serving as a choral conductor, singer, pianist, and organist.
